Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. J.Bee Enterprise Inc. reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If a portion of your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the status of your backorder item. Your credit card will only be charged for the number of products we ship you. There will be no additional shipping charges billed to your credit card for items, which ship subsequent to your initial order. The shipping charges will only equal your “Order Total” as reflected in your confirmation. In order to protect the interests of our customers, orders placed over $350.00(U.S.) may require additional customer verifications or information, as determined by our credit department, before we can process your order.
International orders:
J.Bee Enterprise Inc. does not accept orders from other countries outside the United States. Unless previously arrangements have been set up.
Payment Methods:
J.Bee Enterprise Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Carte Blanche, Diner’s Club, checks, money orders and purchase orders. These payment methods will be accepted online, via telephone, via mail or by fax.
To order by check or money order:

2. When you have selected everything you need click “check out” This takes you to the check out page.
3. Fill in all of the blanks and print out this page, then click “continue.” This takes you to the final checkout page.
4. Please fill in your e-mail address below and print out this page.
5. Mail the two pages along with payment in the form of check or money order for full amount including any tax or shipping costs to:

Pricing Policy:
J. Bee Enterprise Inc. reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Partial Shipments:
J. Bee Enterprise Inc. service goal is to fulfill your order promptly and keep you posted as to the status of your order. We want you to know your order is secure. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the benefits of shopping at JBEE.BIZ.
Should one of the products in your order not be available for some reason, we will immediately notify you by email with anticipated ship date. You have the option to cancel your order should this conflict with your needs.
There are no additional shipping charges for items on back order, which ship subsequent to your initial shipment.
Shipping Policy
J.Bee enterprise Inc. offers standard 2 to 5 business days shipping. J.Bee enterprise Inc. does their best to ship all orders accepted before 12 noon central time on the same day. J.bee Enterprise Inc. currently does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Should you wish to have your order left otherwise please notify when placing your order or advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. Shipments outside the 48 continental United States cannot ship “standard” ground service and/or may involve additional requirements. Shipments to remote and/or rural locations may require additional time for delivery. J. Bee Enterprise Inc, is responsible for delivery up through the confirmation of delivery. J. Bee Enterprise Inc. is not responsible for delivery for any package lost, damaged or stolen after delivery.
Shipping Charges:
J. Bee Enterprise Inc. shipping charges are based on your total order prior to tax.
Shipping Tracking:
We will notify you of your order confirmation via email. If you require additional order and/or shipping status information, please do not hesitate to ask our friendly Customer Service Care Representatives via email or by telephone. Please have your email address and order number handy so our representatives can promptly look up your order for you.

All material carries a one-year warranty against defective materials and workmanship
Return Policy and Procedures
Merchandise guarantee:
Your complete satisfaction with all the products we sell is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with a product you have ordered within 30 days call customer service staff to arrange for a refund or credit, less shipping charges.
All items are shipped in excellent condition. Please notify us immediately (within 10 days) in the event an item is damaged in transit so that we can replace it and file a claim with the carrier.
RETURN POLICY – NON DEFCTIVE PRODUCTS:
Before returning a non-defective item, you must first contact Customer care department for a return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Send request via e-mail web page www.jbee.biz. Or mail. No returns will be accepted without a prior J.BEE Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA number must be on the postage label of the package. Products returned must be new an accompanied by proof of purchase (copy of invoice). If the original receipt or copy of the original cannot be included. Customer Care must be contacted prior to the return for instructions for providing an alternative proof of purchase. J. BEE ENTERPISE INC. is not responsible for return shipping charges or loss or untraceable shipments. We will issue credit for merchandise less shipping charges, after satisfactory receipt and inspection of returned products, based on net billing or current price, whichever is lower. If demeaned necessary a 10% handling charge will be charged to make product in resalable condition. All credits will be made within 12 working days to the credit holder. Credit cards companies can take up to 30days to process a credit from a merchant.
Products that are over one year old will carry up to a 15% restocking charge.
